Under the Thumb Of Wicked Business owners

I’m sitting here with a sick princess and its 7:11 a.m. and I should be working. I’m thinking of how insane all this is. We weren’t put on earth for someone else and not be with our family when they are sick, but here I am. Punching a clock, and supposively, we’re supposed to take pleasure in it.

Work wants us to believe that what we should really care about is our family, yet they fire us if we take care of them for too long. I can think of a quote that I think is true in this case, “to find out who really owns your house, just stop paying your tax bill.” In this case, to find out who really owns your life, just stop going to work. You’ll run out of money.

Something that has really past by my mind quite a bit is that depending on one source of income is insane. You should have so many streams of income so that the loss of one can be offset by the many. No company (without the proper knowledge of good marketing, and I’m not talking about the marketing they teach us in school, please no brand advertising) can survive unless its ducks are in a row.

Maybe I’m too much of an S type owner (, if you don’t know what this is, go down to the library and rent a copy of Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad). Maybe, I’m just stubborn, and I like not being told what to do, but I just don’t think this is how we’re supposed to live. Under the thumb of someone else who is under the thumb of a another guy, who lives under the thumb of a clueless owner who goes to Fiji 355 days a year out of 365 and only comes in to to yell at people to make himself feel like he’s working.

(If you really want to rise up the ranks fast, that’s usually all you have to do, as long as you haven’t doing something tremendously stupid by doing all your work| you’re supposed to do fast and efficiently, getting you ahead of the game, they don’t believe you’ve earned your money unless you spend the time (it’s not necessarily about the work) because that is how the “machine” functions.)

Call me crazy, but that does not sound like a real life.

Self Hypnosis Techniques – Teach Yourself Tricks To A Better Life

You can calm your body and make stress easier to bear by using Self Hypnosis Techniques. In most cases you can learn how to execute self hypnosis all by yourself. This can be a valuable method to use when your children cause stress, your job becomes overwhelming, or your spouse is causing discord in the family.

Self hypnosis is a great deal like using meditation techniques. The body is relaxed, the stress hormones diminish and the conscious and subconscious mind become focused so that they cannot center on what ever is troubling you. Self hypnosis is a little different because affirmations are used to battle those troubling thoughts. These positive statements also build confidence to be able to conquer the problem.

The first thing that needs to be done in using self hypnosis techniques is to choose the affirmation on which you will concentrate. There can be one or a dozen or more, as long as they remain positive. These need to be considered prior to starting self hypnosis so do not pick too many.

You will need to have a place to do the self hypnosis and you want to make sure you will be totally comfortable in this place and that no one will bother you for the duration of the session. Once you find that place you can start. Relaxation is the key to good self hypnosis so the body must be totally calm and relaxed. To do this start by tensing the muscles in the neck and shoulders then breathe out and release. Remember what that feeling was like and try to relax the neck and should muscles even more. Progress to the arms, the back, the stomach, legs and so on. Your body should almost feel like it is floating. While you relax each part of the body affirm that you are doing so by stating I am relaxing my left shoulder now, I am starting to relax the upper part of my back, and so on. Every once in a while throw in one of your memorized affirmation statements and continue relaxing. Mix the relaxation affirmations with the positive affirmations you have prepared.

Continue to do this for about 15 or 20 minutes. If you go a little longer it will not hurt but remember that this is a relaxation technique and try not to fall asleep. It is a good idea to set an alarm or a timer for 20 minutes to be sure they will not fall sound asleep.

Another popular self hypnosis technique is to listen to recorded affirmations. You can get CD’s or you can find downloads for an MP3 on almost any subject. When you are ready for bed just lie down and turn them on before you go to sleep. There are several stress management downloads available online or for sale.

When you execute self hypnosis you outline objectives and achievements prior to going into a relaxed state then affirm them while in that state. The suggestions go past the consciousness into the subconscious mind where they will take on an aspect of reality. Suppose you wish to loose weight, so affirmations may include I crave nourishing foods or I wish to eat foods that are healthy for me. Keep everything positive. After a few times you might notice that instead of eating the left over cake you reach for an apple instead. It might amaze even you.

Self Hypnosis techniques can help you to manage stress and anger. They can help you to reach a goal or resolve a problem that has cropped up in life or it can help boost self confidence. It does not cost anything to perform self hypnosis. Within reason, self hypnosis can be a real advantage to set you on a path to success.

Climbing the Corporate Ladder? How To Enjoy The Journey

In corporate America, it is extremely difficult to climb all the way to the top of the corporate ladder of success. After all, how many people can fit on that top rung of the ladder?? So very few positions, that pay so very much, wanted by so very many. Yet the messages we receive are to “beat out the competition, win at all costs, do whatever it takes to move up” . If you aren’t moving up in your company.what ARE you doing? And when you do hit your goals ( that more than likely were set for you by somebody else ), what is your reward? Higher goals for next month/quarter/year!! The fortunate few may get a promotion, though that could simply mean more responsibility without higher pay.

How goes YOUR climb up the corporate ladder? Any of the following sound familiar?

“When I get promoted, THEN I will happier”

“Once I get that bump in salary, THEN I can spend more time with family and friends”

“If my team can just hit its goals, THEN I will be much easier to be around”

“When I am in charge, THEN things will be a lot different”

If you said “yes” to any of the statements above, ask yourself this: Really?

Won’t there be another raise to go after? Another target to achieve? Another set of stretch goals for your team to attempt to hit? The pressure to achieve will continue to ratchet higher. So how DOES one enjoy the journey up the ladder of success? We have little control over many things that influence our journey: the economy, the weather, other people’s actions and decisions, industry trends, etc. One thing we DO control is our attitude, or how we react to our situation. If our focus is always on our yet-to-be-met goals or things we don’t have, its extremely difficult to have a positive attitude since we are never “there”. That doesn’t mean just “don’t worry, be happy” (apologies if that song is now stuck in your head!). Take the time to enjoy the scenery along your climb by focusing on what you DO have and what you HAVE accomplished. It is just this perspective of gratitude that most positively impacts our attitude…and in turn our actions. Take time right now to focus on what you have and what you have accomplished. If you are feeling challenged and find it difficult to come up with things, here is a bit of perspective:

* If you are reading this, you are literate. 20% of the people in the world cannot read or write.

* If you are reading this, you can see. There are 40 million people who cannot see.

* If you are reading this, you have access to a computer. There are 5 BILLION people who have no access to the internet.

* If you are reading this, there is a great likelihood that you have at least some “free time” that is not being spent foraging for your next meal. Eight hundred MILLION people suffer from hunger and malnutrition.

Finding things in your life to be grateful for becomes easier and easier the more you practice it. This gratefulness for what you have, and for what you have accomplished, will positively shift how you see and experience your journey up the corporate ladder. Your attitude WILL be positively impacted and it will shine through in every interaction you have and in everything that you do. Don’t be surprised if people who know you comment on this change….it can be pretty dramatic! Finally, if you really cannot find enough to appreciate on your climb up the corporate ladder of success, then maybe its time to get off the ladder and discover a different path.

Steve Sheeren has been training and coaching individuals and corporations across North America for the last 15+ years. He freely shares his expertise and resources for both corporate and home-based business, including an alternative to climbing the corporate ladder.

Fun Facts on How to Write Goals That Can Tremendously Improve Your Future and Business

December 2, 2009 by John Johnson · Leave a Comment

No matter what you are striving for, there are a couple of easy things to learning how to write goals that you can actually achieve. These tricks will succeed regardless of whether you want to lose weight, walk a 5K, or tone up your out of condition arms. These actions to achievement are to make your dreams possible and as precise as possible.

If your goals are not realistic, then you are assured to fall short no matter what you do. When you at the end of the day realize you have failed, the defeat can be devastating.

Let’s take weight loss as an example. If you state you wish to lose 30 pounds by the year end and it is already mid-November you have virtually no likelihood of truly accomplishing that goal. When the year end arrives you will be disenchanted no matter how much weight you did manage to lose.

A realistic option may be to say you want to lose six pounds in that time frame. This is something that could realistically occur, and in fact you could lose a handful of extra pounds and do better than the goal.

Your chances of victory are much higher with the lower, more practical goal. Yet, it still doesn’t hurt to persevere with the hope of losing a few extra pounds in your mental view. This may motivate you to work harder, increasing your chances of success all the more.

If you arrive at your goal of 6 pounds you will feel successful, but if you reach the higher mental goal you will feel an added flood of satisfaction. Either way, you come out a victor.

So, how do you track your progress and gauge success in the end? The second tip is to make sure your goals are as explicit as possible.

Think of our prior example of losing six pounds by the end of the year. A generalized goal may be that you want to look exquisite on New Year’s Eve. There is very little here by which to measure progress.

To get specific, you might improve this goal to say you want to lose 6 pounds and fit into a specific dress for New Year’s Eve. As long as the dress size is realistic, you can now assess progress by trying on the dress occasionally and you will know accurately when you meet the goal.

These two tricks to learning how to write goals that result in success depend on your knowing exactly what you really want. Once you know where you want to go, you can set exact and realistic goals which will in due course lead to that destination.

A Guide To Hypnosis

December 1, 2009 by ftsgetexback · Leave a Comment
Filed under: Self Improvement

There are many stories about hypnosis and hypnotherapy being dangerous, turning people into chickens, people not being able to wake up, and unscrupulous hypnotists exploiting their ‘vulnerable’ patients. However there are many people who are adamant that it has helped change their lives, helping them succeed in their goals. Millions of people swear that it has helped them with many issues such as weight loss, quitting smoking, other addictions, confidence, phobias, stress, success, IBS, and many more issues.

Many people are missing out on this powerful yet safe therapeutic tool because they are too afraid to use it. I hope to dispel these fears by answering these common questions about hypnotherapy.

Can I be hypnotized? Most people can go into a hypnotic trance. The only types of people that cannot be hypnotised are … 1. Those suffering from psychosis or a thought disorder 2. A person with a low IQ 3. A person does not want to be hypnotised. It is very easy to resist hypnosis if you want to. What is a hypnotic trance? It is a normal and natural state that most of us experience several times a day. It commonly happens when people are driving. Have you ever driven somewhere and not really remembered the journey? It also often occurs when reading a book or watching TV. Sometimes you can be so absorbed in the book or TV programme that you are not consciously aware that someone is talking to you. Hypnosis is the focussing of the conscious attention in such a narrow corridor of influence. The conscious mind is so intensely focussed that other influences are not being critically analysed by the conscious mind. We still hear them, although we are not always aware. A good example of this is when you are in a place where there are several conversations going on at once. They may all sound like a mass of background noise. However if someone in one of those conversations mentions your name, you then consciously focus on that conversation. How did you know someone said your name? Your subconscious mind (which is far more powerful than your conscious mind) was listening to EVERY conversation AT THE SAME TIME! That is perhaps a reason why you can sometimes “just know” something. Your subconscious mind has absorbed it without you consciously being aware.

What does hypnosis feel like? When in a trance you feel more mentally and physically relaxed. It is a very pleasant experience, and you can tell that you are still in control. You can still hear exactly what is going on around you, unless you choose to drift your attention away. You become aware that you can easily stand up, talk, or move whenever you want. A lot of people (me included) when they first experience a hypnotic trance move their fingers or hands in order to test whether they can move at will. Sometimes a patient can be a little difficult to wake up. This is not a sinister thing as it has been portrayed. No one has ever been stuck in trance. It is more a case that a patient just “can’t be bothered” to wake up as it feels so pleasant. However they soon become bored and will wake up pretty soon. One trick the old hypnosis pro’s use is to tell the patient that they are charging for the time. It’s amazing how quickly they then wake up!

Is hypnosis dangerous? A hypnotic trance is actually a very natural state that almost everyone goes into several times per day. In 1955 the British Medical Association set up an inquiry which favourably reported hypnosis as a therapeutic tool. It even recommended that it should be taught at medical schools. Hypnosis was also approved by the Council of Mental Health of the American Medical Association in September of 1958 as a safe practice with no harmful side effects. Since then there has been acceleration in the establishment of hypnosis societies for doctors, dentists, and psychologists. No one has been seriously hurt with hypnosis.

Can I be made to do things against my will? You could never be made to do anything against your will or contrary to your value system. If this was actually possible, would there not be criminals learning the art of hypnotherapy in order to hypnotise their bank managers to opening the vaults and handing over a large sum of cash?! In a trance, you would not unknowingly reveal your deepest secrets. You can even lie when in a trance, which is one reason why testimony in hypnosis is not permissible evidence in a court of law. It is only used by police to help with the investigation. A person will only act upon suggestions that serve them in some way or reinforce an expected behaviour, anything else their subconscious will just ignore. Most people develop these misperceptions from seeing or hearing about a Stage Hypnosis show. However they largely achieve their results from showmanship, selection of the more extrovert people, and peer pressure.

How long will it take before I notice a change? In one session, you can expect to become more relaxed than you are right now. Most people do not relax enough, and some people never seem to relax! Being more relaxed can help most mental and physical problems that you may have. I have often had patients report back to me that people noticed that they seemed more relaxed after just one session. In the past I have significantly helped problems such as IBS, skin complaints, and addictions, simply by doing relaxation work. Hypnosis can bridge the gap between your head and your heart, making your goals much more emotionally compelling, and therefore increasing your chances of permanent change. Depending upon the intensity of your session and the number of times you have listened to the recording, you will notice suggestions for the desired behavioural changes spontaneously popping into your conscious mind almost immediately.

Weight-loss And Hypnosis For Children

Who does not want to lose weight? Whenever we look at ourselves in a mirror how we wish we could shed some pounds. The same would be with our children. One of the methods being used nowadays is hypnotism for children to help them lose some weight.

Obesity and complications and diseases brought by being overweight are some of the common problems that not only adults are facing. Statistics are showing that approximately 22 million of children worldwide with the age of 5 and below re considered obese.

Adults are also not safe from the statistics. There are 58 million people considered to be overweight,40 million are obese and 3 million are very much obese. Based on this gloomy data is that we are suffering from our disregard of our health. There is relatively 76 percent increase of patients who have Type II diabetes.

Actually most people are gaining weight by simply not paying attention to what is being ingested by the body. Actually, losing weight is no miracle. It has to be worked on and the regimen should be strictly followed.

Actually, experts do not see eye to eye on what is the best and fastest way to lose weight. This is why before attempting any weight loss regimen it is important to consult with your doctor first.

Using hypnosis in losing weight, you do only focus on losing the symptoms of being fat but the focus is on the goal. Hypnotherapy totally changes what you think about gaining weight and losing weight. It does not simply dictate you to lose weight but this change your perception and thoughts about gaining weight.

How do you use hypnosis in helping children and parent, alike to lose weight?

- To lose weight the reason for being overweight should be addressed. And you should not think that losing weight can be done over and over again. Since in hypnosis, it is said that the mind or the subconscious reacts to what we feed to it. So if we think that we are not going to lose weight ever again, it means that we are not going to gain weight again. We are getting rid of the excess weight permanently

- Approach your relationship with food with a different perspective, you are totally removing the old habit you have and shifting into a new “relationship”.

- Patience is important. Imagine, that it took time before you ere able to build-up all the fats you have stocked in your body. It would be a while before you can shed the excess fat.

- Do not deprive yourself. Once or twice a month of guilty eating would not make your fat.

The discipline you need to follow to make this weight loss program succeed relies on self-hypnosis. If you are doing hypnotherapy with a hypnotherapist, make sure you are open to the suggestions. Most suggestions would be about previous experiences, how you cam change perception and sensation. It could even have an effect to the emotion, thought and behaviour.

Using hypnosis for weight loss, you too can learn just how good it feels to take back control over your diet and yourself and to enjoy eating foods that are good for you and help your body to perform at its best every day. The benefit of hypnosis with weight loss, that it can be used by different ages. Hypnosis can be used with children and adults alike. When you try this method, you do not have anything to lose anyway, just the pounds.

30 Seconds To Easy Self Hypnosis.

November 30, 2009 by ftsgetexback · Leave a Comment
Filed under: Self Improvement

There are many ways in which to induce a tranquil, relaxed state of mind, in which the body is still, and the conscious mind is simply placed aside for a while as the subconscious mind assumes a more dominant role, and allows the therapeutic cognitive processes which are innate in all of us to become active.

This state of mind, known as the hypnotic state is very simply created by;
- Focusing one’s attention.
- Relaxing the body.
- Allowing unnecessary thoughts to enter, then exit, without any rationalisation.

This process can be easily accomplished by the technique that follows. It is known as the “Eye Roll Technique’, and is a very old but powerful way of entering a safe therapeutic hypnotic trance. When in this relaxed state of mind, it is possible to offer oneself any positive suggestions or affirmations in order to bring about the changes which you desire. Examples of positive statements and affirmations are given further on.

THE TECHNIQUE.
If possible, find yourself a quiet place and either sit down or lie down comfortably.
Roll up your eyes, just as if you were trying to look at your eyebrows.
Allow your eyelids to slowly close, and as you do so, take in a deep breath and hold it.

As you slowly exhale, allow your upturned eyes to return to their normal position.

As you finish exhaling, enjoy that gentle, floating sensation that you will experience.
At the same time, imagine your right hand to be very light, like it has a childs helium balloon tied to it making it rise gently. You may be surprised at the ease by which your hand and arm seem to float up by themselves.
This floating hand signal is a signal from your subconscious mind that you are entering a state of deep relaxation.

As you remain in this deeply relaxed, hypnotic state of mind, offer yourself any positive, therapeutic suggestions which you feel will help to bring about the changes you really want or need.
Remain in this state for 10-20 minutes, that’s really all that’s needed.

You can repeat the process as many times a day as you like.

EXITING THE TRANCE STATE.
Roll up your eyes behind your closed eyelids.
Very slowly, allow your eyelids to open, and the eyes to focus.
Make a tight fist with your right hand, and as you do, allow this light floating hand to drift down into a comfortable position. As it comes to rest, release the tight fist and gently stretch those fingers.……FINISHED !!!!

If necessary, the exit from the trance state can be accomplished any time by going through the steps listed above.

It may take you a little time to perfect the technique, especially if you are the ‘on the go all the time’ sort of person. Relaxation comes easier to some people than to others, so always bear this in mind.

Remember, if you want to make positive changes in your life, this relatively short use of your time can pay great dividends in the end. The beauty of it is that once you have practiced and mastered the technique, you will be able to enter the relaxed state much more easily and deeply.

Another point to remember is that everyone is capable of entering into a hypnotic state.
But just as we are all different, so is the ease with which we enter into a hypnotic trance.
Some will succeed on their first or second attempt, where as others may need many more attempts. It took me a week and a half, and about 15 attempts before I achieved a hypnotic state. The motto is—PERSERVERE. It may take time, but the rewards are well worth the effort.

Positive Parenting And The Use Of Hypnosis For Children

November 30, 2009 by ftsgetexback · Leave a Comment
Filed under: Self Improvement

The use of hypnosis for children is starting to be a common method in dealing with children who are having difficulties in advancing into adulthood. Aside from using hypnosis to deal with different behavioural and health problems, hypnosis parenting or using hypnosis with your children at home is also starting to get known.

Hypnosis parenting, experts claim, is a method o positive parenting. What are ideas behind this parenting and how do they work?

Hypnosis is not ordering or becoming authoritative to other people. This is something that we should understand and be clear about. Hypnosis, unlike what we commonly know, is not about making people do something which they would not remember or stop doing. Hypnosis is about suggestions.

Experts said that our children are already suggestible from their parents. Almost all parents are familiar with their baby’s emotions and facial expressions. Actually, if we smile in a baby and make eye contact it is highly possible that would be smiling back. Children learn from the parents through the parents’ actions and expressions. If a parent want to teach something to their children, it is important to show an example that we are also following these rules that were set out for them.

Hypnosis parenting is not only applicable when you want your children to do their homework or do household chores. You can only use hypnosis to help them with difficulty in sleeping or nervousness and tension before exams, school presentation or a game.

How to do this?

You can start by talking to them before they go to sleep. Make sure that they are comfortable and make them close their eyes. You could start telling a story which would show the protagonist succeeding in the challenges that he faced. Use positive images when telling a story. This would help your child ease the tension. Aside from helping your child ease out the tension, the parent and the child also got the chance to spent some bonding moment together.

What the parent say have an impact on how children feel about themselves. An example would be the behaviour they show. If the child is refuses to follow certain rules in the house, and you get a heated discussion over it, more probably that the child would still be the same.

You could replace the heated discussion with random positive statements, like saying that the child are improving much on their behaviour and acknowledging their efforts to behave. The child will feel better and eventually will believe that he is indeed behaving well. Soon enough, the child will change his behaviour for the better.

These simple suggestions helped the children’s mind or its subconscious to accept and believe in them. So if the statements made or the statements that a child can hear are all negative, the subconscious would believe it and the child will follow it in real life.

But if positive statements are heard by the child, even if they are randomly dropped statements, the subconscious perceive this as the truth and would eventually translate into their actions.

Hypnosis for children can even be used in encouraging them to do household chores. All you want to do is look at them straight into the eyes and ask them to do the household chores. A little bobbing of the head, would encourage your child to agree to do the job delegated to them.

How To Prioritize Your Work

November 11, 2009 by ftsgetexback · Leave a Comment
Filed under: Self Improvement

Regardless of whether you are a student, work at home mom, a web designer, or a CEO of a Fortune 500 company, prioritizing your work is critical to your success. Failing to prioritize your work load usually results in being extremely inefficient and extremely stressed out. How many times have you thought to yourself “I have so much to do today, how am I ever going to get it all done?”

There is no exact science to prioritizing, but there are several tips that should help you become a more efficient, less stressed version of your current self:

* Make a list – this may seem obvious but you’d be surprised at how many people try to organize their tasks in their head. You’ll often find that you feel a lot better just getting everything out so that you can see it in one place.

* Consider time constraints – what absolutely needs to get done today and what can wait until tomorrow or next week. Everything may be important eventually, but some things are more important now.

* Consider people constraints – all things equal, move things that other people are waiting on to the top of the list. If you know that your manager can’t finish his proposal without your part, that’s more important than the thing that you always do on Wednesday that could just as well be done on Thursday.

* Consider the consequences – are you going to get fired if you don’t do something? Is another task going to give you the inside track on that promotion? Those things should be more important than mildly inconveniencing the sales manager by responding to their email a day late.

* Re-prioritize as necessary – let’s face it, priorities change. As they do, update your list. It will give you a sense of control over the situation.

* Remove unimportant items – is there something on your list that you always push to the bottom and never end up doing? Then get it off the list. It doesn’t belong there.

* Don’t list EVERYTHING – only list crucial tasks. You don’t need to list routine tasks (like lunch) or menial tasks (like checking your email). Also, you’re going into too much detail if you put down prioritizing as a task.

* Do everything you can to keep your list small – this means saying NO sometimes. You are not other people’s gopher. Do your work and help other people with theirs when you have something to offer, but don’t do their work for them. Along the same lines, learn to delegate things to the people that are supposed to be doing them. Why book your plane tickets when you have an assistant for that?

How To Improve Brain Function

How to improve brain function? Start with a few questions.

Is problem solving easy for you? Do you learn new things quickly? Can you improve your brain function? Your answers to these questions will have an effect on your brain function, because brainpower and psychology are intimately connected.

Brain Function and Expectation

1. A friend spent his childhood with wealthy kids and their families. He now makes more money than most of us. Coincidence? Did rich friends give him money? Did they help him in business? No to all three questions. He just grew up with an expectation of a certain level of income. His mind will always push him to take actions towards that level.

2. The book said there was a checkmate in four moves, so I looked until I found it. I used to think those elegant solutions to chess puzzles were very rare in real games. I eventually realized they are there, but that without the expectation of finding them, I settled for less worthy moves. Now I find the elegant moves more often.

Do you see how expectation and belief expands or limits your mind and your life? Now, to apply this to better brain function, you need to adjust your expectation and unconscious beliefs about your brainpower.

What you think certainly affects what you accomplish. When you believe you can improve your brain function, you are far more likely to do what’s necessary to get that result. So how do you adopt the most useful beliefs and expectations?

Okay, don’t worry. I won’t tell you to stand in front of a mirror making positive affirmations. I have an easier way.

Affirmation or Evidence?

Try this experiment: Watch for polite drivers for two days, making a mental note to yourself each time you see one. Notice the polite ones, ignoring the rest. By the way, this will change your experience of driving in a positive way. Then watch for rude drivers for two days, and you’ll see them all over.

Do the exercise above, and you’ll understand that you experience the world not just according to what is there, What you pay attention to is the more important part of your experience. Ready to apply this to your thinking process?

Notice your success. When you learn something new, make a mental note, or write it down even. Point out your problem-solving successes, and you’ll have more of them. When you’re thinking clearly and effectively, tell yourself, “Look at that brain go!”

Go ahead and make those affirming statements, but why not make them when you are looking at the evidence? Evidence is more convincing than affirmation. Watch, and you’ll find examples of progress, however large or small. Focus on these, and remember them. You can start doing this right now. That’s how to improve brain function.
