Sometimes picking out a teeth whitening product or procedure can be quite puzzling for you, especially if have never whitened your teeth before. One of the alternatives that is available today is so called laser whitening. Are you curious if this is a better option than other products and procedures? Here’s a quick glance on how the procedure is undertaken.

Laser whitening is a procedure that includes specific application of products on the teeth, and then a laser procedure is administered to discard stains and whiten teeth. It is usually quite successful, whitening the teeth several shades in one treatment. However, it is crucial that the procedure is administered cautiously so that your gums are not affected by the laser beam.

This form of laser whitening must be undertaken in a dental clinic. It takes about 60 minutes or so for the procedure, and usually does not have to be undertaken again for some time. As long as it is performed by a professional that is skilled and trained, it is a very safe procedure.

Although laser teeth whitening makes sense, there is one problem. The primary drawback of going with laser whitening is the cost involved. This procedure can cost you at least $1000 for a treatment, which is quite costly.

Maybe you do not have the money to pay for laser whitening. Don’t worry, this is not your only alternative. Today you can purchase effective home options that take effect quickly and easily. You can perform the treatment at home, and they only cost a small chunk of the that laser whitening procedure. So even if you’re faced with budgetary constraint, home options allow you to achieve your desired stunning teeth.

Warning! Some of the home teeth bleaching products don’t worth your time and money. I have tried 7 different products that promised fast and easy solution and I can only recommend 2 of them! So if you’re ready click to visit our best home teeth whitener products review and comparison page!

Getting Rid Of Man Boobs Naturally

The clinical term for the growth of breast tissue in men is known as Gynecomastia, from the Greek ‘gyne’ meaning woman and ‘mastos’ meaning breast. Without the ancient Greek jargon, most people know it as man boobs. Though there are a number of reasons why man boobs can form, the primary two are hormonal imbalances and excess fatty tissue, most common in obese and overweight men.

Puberty is one of the natural times when man boobs can develop because of natural hormone disruptions. It is not uncommon for boys at puberty to bud small breasts and feel lumps near or under their nipples, but these usually vanish with time. This is more likely to happen in overweight boys but even active and slim boys can experience it. There are generally no associated health risks for adolescent man boobs except the social stigma often associated with the condition. Teenagers that experience breast development will often feel embarrassed about it, and feel isolated from their peers, who can sometime exacerbate the social stigmatisation, especially when sports and swimming (involving removal of the shirt) are involved.

Gynecomastia may also come from taking certain medications, from excessive beer drinking and alcohol intake, from marijuana and methamphetamines as well as underlying illnesses like liver disease and even some cancers.

One source of man boobs has been causing somewhat of an epidemic and creates man boobs that are far more persistent and permanent, sometime leaving surgery as the only option to remove the male breasts. Of course it is anabolic steroid abuse, which is a huge cause of man boobs and is leading to increasing cases of the condition. Steroids wreak such havoc on your hormones that they cause man boobs far quicker and more drastically than natural hormonal fluxes. Steroid induced man boobs are also far more persistent and hard to get rid of, and some that have been left untreated can require costly (risky, painful, etc) mamoplasty – not something any man wants to go through.

Developing breasts from steroid use is actually quite common. Steroids really disrupt the balance of testosterone and estrogen in the body, and this is why breasts develop. Steroids work by inhibiting the body’s natural testosterone, so when a cycle is finished and a steroid user doesn’t put testosterone back in the system then huge levels of estrogen will cause buddy breast and feminine hips (lovely love handle!) to develop. Not exactly the look steroids users would be going for, but a result of steroids nonetheless.

After taking steroids it can take a while for the body’s natural testosterone production to begin again and even when it does and hormones go back to normal the breast that have formed often remain. Man boobs from steroids are famous for being harder to get rid of than man boobs from other causes.

Of course the best solution is to avoid steroids at all costs, as the other associated risks like shrunken testicles are no more pleasant than flabby man boobs. For those who insist on taking steroids there are drugs available to block estrogen levels in the body and they can help stop man boobs forming. Body builders often use estrogen blockers, however there are not sufficient studies on the side effects to know for sure they may not just cause another kind of problem further down the track.

Given the proper treatment, man boobs are very receptive and if you aren’t on steroids you may be just a few months from getting back your manly chest, because there are plenty of options for trying to reduce man boobs. For those with man boobs as a result of steroids, don’t think surgery is the only way, try as many natural ways of eliminating your man boobs for good before opting for costly and risky surgery that might not even solve the problem.

Remedies For Blood Pressure

It is estimated that nearly one in three adults in most industrialised nations will have high blood pressure, yet of these nearly a third will not know that they have the condition, because it is a silent disorder, but a deadly one nonetheless.

A normal blood pressure reading will read around 120 systolic over 80 diastolic pressure readings. Between 120-139/80-89 is the normal reading for pre-hypertensions and a reading of 140-160/90-100 and above indicates stage one and two hypertension. In the early stages of high blood pressure symptoms are rare, though can include dizziness, nosebleeds and headaches.

As there is no identifiable cause of high blood pressure (except in cases of secondary hypertension which is directly resultant from an underlying disorder) high blood pressure is blamed on a toxic combination of lifestyle factors. Lifestyles that are sedentary, involve high intake of salt and sugar, smoking and alcohol consumption will all carry risk of hypertension as will excess weigh, increased age and a family history of the disorder.

There are many natural remedies and lifestyle changes which can help to get your blood pressure lower naturally. A doctor will likely recommend medication for controlling high blood pressure and in severe cases this is completely necessary, but it is best to try and work with your doctor to beat high blood pressure naturally, after all untreated hypertension is a leading cause of heart attack, kidney disease and stroke and even mild hypertension can damage organs if left untreated.

Coenzyme Q10 is known to have positive effects on high blood pressure. Garlic is one of natures wonder plants, and as a natural blood thinner helps in lowering blood pressure ” including it in your diet is a great health benefit even without hypertension, though if you are taking garlic supplements then consult your doctor to see how it will react with any other medication you are one.

Hawthorn is used by traditional herbal practitioners for high blood pressure. Studies have shown marked reductions in blood pressure from patients using hawthorn extract and there have been no issues with herb-drug interactions from using the supplement.

Calcium, Potassium and Magnesium have all shown to have results in helping to lower high blood pressure. Potassium can counter the effects of sodium in the kidneys and help to lower blood pressure that way. There are many other herbal and natural remedies out there, so try all your options before going on life-time medication.

Stress is also a significant factor in high blood pressure, so learning to de-stress your life is essential to controlling the disorder. Your mind is a powerful tool in the fight against hypertension and learning such methods as autogenic training or biofeedback can have a very positive impact on high blood pressure. Both techniques involve learning how to control bodily functions that are normally automatic, such as breathing, heart rate, temperature and of course blood pressure. While requiring a lot of effort, these techniques are positive life practices.

Low impact aerobic exercise (a daily walk) is also another blood pressure remedy ” low impact exercise will even out your blood flow and lower your resting heart rate resulting in lower blood pressure. It is not recommended for hypertensive patients to partake in high intensity exercise and any new exercise regime should be run past your doctor for safetys sake.

Ayurvedic, Chinese and other alternative medicical practices also have treatments for high blood pressure. Constitutional types are used to treat patients in Ayurvedic medicine, so each remedy will differ for each patient . Depression and anger are some of the emotional issues associated with hypertension in Chinese medicine along with a lack of Qi or vital energy. Chinese medicine practitioners will generally combine acupuncture with herbal treatments.

It is very important to remember that natural remedies are available and can work quickly to lower blood pressure. If you think you are at risk, or if you suffer from high blood pressure then finding natural ways to control and prevent hypertension is essential.
