H.R. 4972, introduced by Congressman Steve King
Remember those who won't sign on come election day in November! We need to take back our government and stop the out of control spending of this administration!
H.R. 4972, introduced by Congressman Steve King, says…
Effective as of the enactment of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, such Act is repealed, and the provisions of law amended or repealed by such Act are restored or revived as if such Act had not been enacted.
Pretty simple, right? So why have only 90 of the 179 representatives that claim to be Conservative signed on as Co-Sponsors? This is why I filed suit against Obamacare in Federal court. Unfortunately we can't trust many of our Representatives to represent us. Americans overwhelmingly oppose Obamacare. Signing on to this bill as a Co-Sponsor should be a no-brainer in this election cycle. Makes you wonder why they aren't. Many of them want to water this bill down or include other "reforms". Any actual reform can only start with repealing this monstrous bill.
Below is a list of all the US Representatives, with those co-sponsoring at the beginning. Remember this list come election time. Remember there is a big difference between electing Conservatives and electing Constitutionalists. I am a Constitutionalist first, Conservative second and a Republican third. Make sure those you send to D.C. this November are Constitutionalists as well. If you would like to help send me to D.C., I could sure use your help. Please visit my website at www.van4congress.org and support me as you are able.

Heritage Action for America
Here is the latest on Obamacare and how you can help bring it to an end.
The Heritage Foundation recently launched a sister organization,
Heritage Action for America.Heritage Action is leading a
national campaign to repeal Obamacare.
As the CEO of Heritage Action, I'd like to take this opportunity
to detail our strategy a bit more and explain how you and your fellow
Heritagesupporters can help us defeat the left.
Threeweeks ago, Rep. Steve King (R-IA) filed a discharge
petition, a special measure that would force the U.S. House of
Representatives to vote again on Obamacare. The petition needs 218
signers to force a re-vote. Already, more than100 lawmakers have
signed on, including Minority Leader John Boehner (R-OH) and others in
the GOP leadership, and the momentum continues to build.
Rep. King has publically attributed much of the momentum behind the
petition to our efforts at Heritage Action. We're working
alongside King in a national cooperative effort. And we intend to do
everything we can to help him get as many signatures as possible.
We have produced a new advertisement making the case for repeal. With
your support, we can run this ad in targeted Congressional districts
around the country.

Our plan of attack is to apply intense pressure on key Representatives
and force them to make a choice: support repeal or support Obamacare.
We will hold supporters of Obamacare's feet to the fire while praising
those who truly support repeal.
We're planning to commit substantial resources toward repealing
Obamacare. Strong grassroots lobbying and paid advertisements will
enable us to send a message to lawmakers:
Americans are not asking for repeal. We are demanding repeal!
But we need your help to support our nationwide operations.
http://members.myheritage.org/site/R?i=ylO2xEOQnzMy7x4e5gwDXw..
During the health care debates, conservatives conquered the battle of
principles and ideas. But the left still went ahead and passed
Obamacare.
Now that Obamacare is law, we face a battle of numbers. Conservatives
have the numerical strength to fight back and repeal. There are
671,000 Heritage Foundation members and more than forty percent of
Americans call themselves conservatives. But we must band together to
apply pressure on the Washington special interests and arrogant
liberal elitists.
Heritage Action will work to channel the energy of millions of
outraged Americans into real actions and real change. Our
advertisement is just the beginning. Will you help us?
http://members.myheritage.org/site/R?i=1pjrn7pw24J0q6Z_QUXGOw..
The Left must realize that America is on our side — the side of
freedom. Americans want to choose their own health care plans based on
their individual health care needs, not government mandates from
Washington.
The Heritage Foundation is and always will be a critical ally to
Heritage Action. But Heritage Action can do things our sister
organization cannot. We can, as Ed said, offer better ways to advance
conservative policies at the grassroots level and to aggressively
market our ideas.
Ronald Reagan put it well: "If you can't make them see the
light, make them feel the heat." Heritage Action will apply the
heat.
Donate today to help us to pressure our elected officials to end
Obamacare once and for all.
Heritage Action will be much stronger if you're with us.
I thank you for your support of the principles that make this nation
great.
Sincerely,
Michael Needham

Panic Attacks In Children – Let Them Run Free!
What could be more painful for a parent than to see his or her child suffering from panic attacks? I know, that information might had left you wondering how can that be feasible yet, panic attacks children too and these occurrences are really possible. Every day, number of children being affected by the disorder increases; and more and more doctors are baffled by this very unsatisfactory statistics.
As parents, you always want to give the best for your child – best shelter, best education, and the best childhood experience. These goals might not be that feasible anymore as children panic attack become more predominant today. Still baffled how this is possible? Don\’t worry, I am ready to have a discussion and give important information about the disorder.
First and foremost, you must know that not all panic attacks in children are inherited despite the fact that they tend to belong to the list of the transmissible disorders. Yes, it is completely true; actually, some children with such condition are the first to encounter them in the family. With that said, it may be that panic episodes are activated by the surroundings the child is exposed to.
Separation anxiety is one of the very good affirmation that panic disorders can be due to changes in the environment. Studies have proven that the more you trick and sneak out behind your child\’s back every time you go out, the more that you let him or her think you are going to leave him. If you properly inform your child about your errands and the expected time you will be back, you are now minimizing his or her risk of developing too much fear and anxiety. By doing such, your child is less likely to acquire panic attacks.
Children also have the general anxiety disorder as one of the causes of their attacks. There is no certain scientific rationale behind its occurrence yet. This may possibly be caused by peer pressure, problems in school or domestic problems. Whatever the reason may be, it is significant to know the root cause and settle it with your child.
Medicines could activate the panic attacks of your child. There are some drugs that have side effects that can increase likelihood of such disorder. Be careful in giving the drug, be particular with the dosage to prevent further damage to your child.
Finally, panic attacks in kids can also be caused by their personality. Children who are naturally detached, aloof and quiet can possibly acquire such disorder in the future. An aloof child commonly experiences difficulties in expressing him or herself. If in case the child does not have any method of releasing tension and anger, there would come a point that it will pile up and then bring about a lot of stress by then.
A child is meant to run free in the playground, not cowering behind the bushes scared of having another panic attack. An unforgettable and memorable childhood experience is the best gift you can give to your child; just help him prevent panic attacks.
Linden Method is one amongst the most successful methods for eliminating panic attacks and even standard anxiety. If you\’re searching for the best plan to aid you knocking out your panic attacks, Linden Method Program can be the solution. Check-out our Linden Method Review post to learn more. Learn While Having Fun – Free Children\’s Church Lessons
Teaching kids are said to be left to the parents. It is either they send them to school or to Sunday school depending on what type of teaching they want their kids to learn from. Of course, parents do not just want their children to know things that are purely academic although that is pretty advantageous. Parents also want children to know all the good things like stuff about religion and that is a plus. It is a good thing that there is such a thing as free children\’s church lessons. This will teach children things that they have to know about God.
Free children\’s church lessons include a lot of contents just to help maintain the learning process of the kids. It includes also a training kit and this would help the facilitator to have a good start of the lesson until it finishes. In this way, the facilitator will be guided on how to conduct the lesson without losing the academic learning of the kids. Free children\’s church lessons also provide some lesson books so that they can have something to scan over when they are not so busy with their academic school.
This would also assist him to teach the lesson to the kids without even losing the interest of the kids as well as without affecting their learning process. Free children\’s church lesson allow some of their lessons on books in order for the kids to somehow have something to read on during their free time. The books being provided as well as the actual discussion must just follow so that it would be easy for the teachers or facilitators to know where they stopped and could trace the children\’s development with the lesson. So that children will be ignited more and would not feel so bored, they can also prefer to learn the lesson through DVDs. This way may sound more exciting rather than just having the typical way of reading books. There will also be some praising songs and some worship to be taught to the kids.
In this way, children are able to at least take a scan everywhere they may go, just like if they are inside the car or just sitting in the classroom waiting for the class time. For those people who are not really familiar with free children\’s church lessons, well, they are not necessarily in a classroom-type. They are possible everywhere given that you just have the right materials needed.

Rent To Own Apartments As Your First Home
These days, most young people love to stay in an apartment rather than staying in there own house. Basically the idea is just being practical particularly those people who are always going somewhere else and like living just nearby the city. Owning an apartment is everyone\’s dream but this may sound more than just enough. Availing those many rent to own apartments around could be the best way to have your own apartment.
Just like rent to own houses, rent to own apartments features exactly the same way. If in case you are not aware of doing these things, then, here is some important information for you to know regarding rent to own apartments agreement.
In availing of rent to own apartments, you and the seller must agree to a contract. Some instances the seller may opt you, the renter and future owner, to pay a down payment of the apartment. This fee is usually around ten percent of the total price of the flat itself. Though this may work for some, others may find it hard to come up with a big amount of money to pay the seller right off the bat. Plus there is the upfront fee that you must pay the apartment seller. This might be too steep a price to pay. The advantage of this is that you already have an initial down payment and you have less to pay at the end of the agreement. Whether or not you choose to pay an initial down payment, you still have to pay the upfront fee.
The contract that you are going to have in this case usually lasts for three years or more and usually, after the given period, you have now the choice to buy the unit and have it titled as your own. This idea could somehow beneficial to those working professionals because this will give them the right period time to save money and in the end, they could own a unit.
The price of rent for rent to own apartments are usually higher than the usual rent. This is because part of the rent is actually a deposit to either the down payment of your apartment, if you have not paid the initial down payment or an additional partial payment if you have paid the down payment at the start of the contract.
For example, you have the amount of $1000 as the original price for the rented apartment, and then you could have the total payment of $1200. The $1000 would be the profit and the $200 would serve as the down payment of the rented apartment when the contract ends. If you have an agreement in the contract that it could last for four years, then the total payment would be $9600 at the end of the contract.
This is actually quite simple to understand and this is usually what is stipulated on rent to own apartments contract. Other things may be stipulated on the contract but that depends on the seller. Just be sure to have an attorney at hand to make things easier for both of you, the buyer and the seller.

Get Rich Quick Or Get Rich Scam – Freebie Trading
Freebie trading, a controversial moneymaking ploy utilizes online forums, You Tube videos, personal websites and various other marketing techniques to drive traffic to web sites that advertise a variety products and trial offer in exchange for a fee. Freebie trading differs from other kinds of affiliate marketing because it includes people who make an agreement to purchase products from these sites on one another\’s behalf, for a cut of the commission that results in exchange.
Freebie trading has become a multimillion dollar industry these past couple of years in which people that work from home have the capacity to take home incomes of as much as five thousand dollars a month. Because our economy is ridden with unemployment and underemployment, more people are choosing this business as a source of extra income.
Freebie trading starts with what is called an incentivized freebie website. Incentivized freebie websites are special sites with trial offers that include hundreds of different products, cash, and prizes such as iPhones, Xbox 360s and plasma TVs. Some well known businesses offer these incentives, but less reputable companies such as online psychic services can be found on these sites as well.
Incentivized freebie websites are not allowed to compensate you for trying their products that they advertise, but they are permitted to pay you to refer customers to them. In theory, the proceeds would be shared with your referrals. These commissions can span from forty dollars to one hundred and twenty dollars a customer.
But, critics still remain dubious of freebie trading. Some people are quick to point out that they are forced to give out a lot of personal information, maybe too much. Problems come about when it comes to finishing trades and getting payment. Additionally, if you sign up for trial offers then make the simple mistake of forgetting to cancel the ones that you don\’t want, you could get stuck with charges on your credit card. Finally, some people say that they just haven\’t reaped any money as a benefit, while others who manage to get money for their trades might find the whole process time consuming and tedious.

But it would never change how I feel about them. I love them as my own children. My hope for them is that they can have a happy childhood and become all they can be in Jesus – free from AIDS.

Since she\’s returned from Africa, Samson has had several opportunities to share her experience and tell others about her precious Ugandan children, several of whom have already had to deal with the devastating effects of HIV/AIDS, having lost parents, siblings and other close relatives to the disease.
Responding to the need, Samson sponsored 12 African children – eight of them in Uganda. And in September 2002, she spent five special days with my youngsters, as she refers to them. She treated her children to a game park, a safari and a boat ride to see hippos.
Compassion told me that there was a lack of sponsors for African children because of the HIV/AIDS problem, Samson said. I can understand people wanting to invest their money in children who are certain to grow up to be healthy, productive adults. But all children are precious, even those who might be HIV-positive. They aren\’t responsible for having the disease – they are innocent victims, and they, too, deserve the opportunity to have a happy childhood and to be loved and cared for.

Although Samson never had children of her own, that didn\’t stop her from sharing her love and compassion with little ones.I always wanted to have 12 children with an abundance of boys, Samson said. From her home in Grand Junction, Samson began her Compassion sponsorship experience in 1999 with four children from India and one from Haiti. That number soon grew to 13 children, and she got that abundance of boys.Later, when she learned that there was a need for sponsors for African children, she didn\’t hesitate to take on even more.

This amount varies and in Canada, one can make claims of up to $ 25 000. There are quite a number of ways in which the small claims court Toronto can help you, especially if you make use of paralegals. Buying A Private Jet With Fractional Ownership In Mind
We can\’t all afford the lavish private jet with a mini bar and water bed in it. The good news is that you might be surprised if you may or not, thanks to the fractional ownership style of private jet purchases. It\’s less money upfront, and a fully functional jet is still at one\’s fingertips.
Private jet ownership done on a fractional level will mean that you are able to use the jet according to either a certain schedule, or via a certain amount of hours per period. If you are only flying about 50 hours each year, this is the better option as you aren\’t paying for the overhead that comes with paying for the jet and all the maintenance required to keep it running smoothly.
If it turns out you didn\’t need a private jet after all, and you are looking to sell your share, that is a possibility with companies that manage fractional ownership schemes. A private jet charter that does this can liquidate a specific share in the jet and offer fair market value for it. Keep in mind that the fact that jets are subject to wear and deprecation, and that you will not get what you put into the venture.
A managed private jet charter service will also setup a way to get a jet charter when the jet you paid for is tied up. When dividing the ownership between as many as ten people or more, you will likely have to find an alternate solution for emergencies. Ask your private jet charter service what they can offer for emergency flights.
Owning a private jet is just the start of the expenses. Even after all the initial costs are paid, you are only getting started in paying the ongoing bills for keeping the jet running. Also factor in high costs of fuel and pilots, catering businesses, and so forth. It\’s an expensive process to undertake, to say the least. The company you sign with should give you a detailed break down of the average fees it will take to run a jet.
Press the charter company for every detail possible in regards to what you can or can\’t do. While it will all be outlined in your contract, odds are that the company won\’t go over everything with you unless you specifically ask. It might also help to find a lawyer, or find a previous client that has signed a contract- perhaps a friend or family member. Ask them how they felt about the contract and service.
Final Thoughts
Private jet ownership schemes are the perfect solution to a problem where budgets are concerned. Private jets are much too expensive for the average Joe to rent one out, but thanks to modern ownership methods, almost anyone can get a piece of the pie.
